For those of you lucky enough to own a HAWK-800 equipped Poly-800 Mk1
or EX-800, a new software version has been released.
You can download the THREE (3) SYSEX files that contain the new
software from here -
http://patrioticduo.tripod.com/hawk800/techsupport.html.You must flash update all three flash ROM's for this software update
to work. Also, since the extended parameter numbers have moved around
alot, after you upgrade to the new software any pre-existing patches
will be scrambled. I have no plans to make any further changes in
extended parameter numbers so this won't be a problem ever again.
Also, there is a draft PDF user manual available that goes into some
detail regarding the global and extended parameters.
I will be providing an example sysex patch dump file soon that
contains many of the patches I've been working on.
I will also be providing a MIDI implementation chart soon too.
