Subject: Re: An update on variable LFO rate

OK, after spending quite a few hours pulling my hair out I finally got
the LFO rate modulation working with different waveforms. Now you can
modulate the rate of both LFO's from the SLFO's and apply different
waveforms. Triangle, sawtooth, sine, square with PWM and random are
all available.

Now, onto FM-800 and resonance modulation and EG follow.
