i would suggest you load all patches back to factory, 

it is highly likely the patch memory has some bad data in it, so by replacing it all to factory, you may find this improves your situation

Yes, I will do the battery mod, but for now, the problem is worst than I tought. My poly do
not retains the patch even when the power is on. Let say I program a patch, I write it in
memory, and after that if I change the patch number and I come back, I loose
everything???
