The hardware I've built has 16K or battery backed up static RAM. So
there is a huge amount of memory available for bank storage of patches.
Each patch currently uses only 21 bytes so the entire 64 patches use
only 1,344 bytes. If we consider adding another twenty parameters to
each patch then I could imagine using maybe 32 bytes for each patch.
So that would use a total of 2,048 bytes (2K). So if we have four
storage banks we would end up using 8K out of the total 16K. I
definitely think we have enough RAM to do it.
It's just a matter of writing the software to support it.
