Subject: Ответ: [korgpolyex] Re: Problem with the moog filter mod.

From: Alexandro de Exu <alexandrodeexu@...>

Hi,i didn't made Moog Slayer Mod,but I replaced  trimmers on board to similar ( 100k & 10k ) on front panel ,but deph of CUTOFF & RESONANCE regulation depends of  tuning "41" & "42" parameters of POLY800. I use it & it works very good.
Best regards.Alexandro.

my solution wouldnt apply to you cos you unfortunately ruined your
trimmer pots...

instead of using fixed 100k (for cutoff) and 10k (for reso) resistors
(these are the values of the trimmers when set to full resistance,
sorry about the terminology, not an expert here) i kept the same
trimmers and used them so i could retain the original factory sound...

i dunno at this point if its any use to go for 100k and 10 k. i
guess the sound wold be real dull. maybe olaf can shed some light on
this.
