Devetron,
The values for the pots are most likely correct it appears as thought
the tapers are wrong. I apologize if this is review but there are 3
kinds of tapers that control how the resistance changes as the pot is
moved. Linear taper has the same gain change from start to finish.
Audio taper starts out with very little gain and really cranks it in
for the last little bit. (This sounds like the problem you described.)
Reverse audio taper starts out fast with very little change at the end
of its travel. Try getting the pot that will reverse whatever taper
your using now and the filters will most likely exhibit the response
you're looking for. Also double check the 3 connections on the pot
switching the leads around can cause this too. E-mail me offline if
