Subject: my turn

I recently received the 2-CD set of live audience recordings of the 1974 Moody Blues, as previously discussed on the list.  It is now my turn to pass copies on.  The FIRST response gets a pair of CDs at no charge, the price is simply to pass them on to the next person in the chain, likewise at no charge.  All you need to do is email me with your name and mailing address, and I will send them out within a couple of days.

The performance is interesting.  There are some very good moments, and some nice rearrangements for live performance of original recordings.  There are also a LOT of lapses.  It seems that there were at least a couple of members of the band who could not remember song arrangements if their lives were at stake.  I am particularly curious, and this is not meant to be sarcasm, if Ray Thomas was a heavy drinker.  He can't count, can't remember parts, can't play in tempo, and is a serious impediment to the performance in general.

Anyway, first come, first serve for a FREE pair of live Moodies CDs, the only condition is to pass the courtesy along to somebody else on the list for the same consideration!
