If you can spare a small fortune, and if you really, really like the
Mellotron, you might want to go for both the Pinder cd and the M-Tron.
Pinder's rendition of the regular sounds, such as 3 violins, flute,
and 8 choir, is great, whereas the people who made M-Tron seem to have
been less careful in choosing tape sets for their recordings of these
more common sounds. The strength of the M-Tron, however, is the vast
collection of recorded tape sets that may be purchased for it.

But if you want only the most regular Tron sounds - which should
suffice for most - I would advise you to purchase the Pinder cd.
