As much as I love the guy, Rick's biggest problem was that he started
believing his own PR and thought that he could write stuff that would stand
as powerfully as the material he had the good fortune to contribute to in
the band... ergo, "Criminal Record" and some of that frightening soundtrack
work we just won't even talk about.
