I thought it was astounding news,
but when I went to the http://www.mellotron.com website,
there was no mention of it whatsoever.

Subject: [Mellotronists] New Mellotron

Hey hey everybody,

Ihad a thought...I was just slightly surprised that Markus newsconcerning a half a mark II cycling drums and all...with the new MarkVI specs would be something that would cause quite a stir on the list. Everyone wants a Mark II right ?

But it is met with complete silence...or am I not getting all the mails ?

Anon translated dutch review of Fritzs album gets more feedback than anew version of the Mellotron. Not to mention the Memotron...

Or maybe there are loads of discussions going on beyond the forum thingy.

What is the problem...? Is it the old Streetly vs. David Kean crap ?

Not angry or grumpy...just a bit curious...
