I am looking for help tracking down some early 70s prog/synth stuff. I
am re-creating a tape my dad dubbed from WGTB in 1974... This station
played a lot of hour-long prog segments around that time, and I've
kept this one, and now I wan't to remix on CD. I thot I had all of
it, but now I discover that what I thot was all one track was actually
two, and I don't know what pt 2 is! About half of the tape is
ambient/synth tracks dubbed over a comedy/satire bit by the Conception
Corporation. With some help, I determined that much of this was Totem
by Klaus Schulze from the album Picture Music. Other bits on the tape
include Eloy, and an unreleased demo by a DC band called Facedancer,
ultimately ending with some Utopia...
This mystery track is similar to Totem, in fact, I originally thot it
was all part of that track, but it isn't. I missed the fact that once
I line up the narrative and the music, there is about 9 minutes of yet
another mystery track. We moved away from DC and WGTB in 1975, so the
track must predate 6/75.
If you want to play along, check out the snippet of it (and the
others) here:

I'd be happy to provide a copy of the final mix to anyone who helps
track this down...
thanks
