The first M300s had the M300A sounds. Then, this tape set was replaced
by the M300B.
The lead section seems identical between M300A and M300B but the
Violins sound :
M300A violins is 2 violins in unison (used by Gentle Giant and Barclay
James Harvest)
M300B violin is a solo violin (used by The Moody Blues)
I don't know the other differences between M300A and M300B sounds.
Martin ?

David

> Orig. "B" series tapes loaded within M300/037 have piano and organ
> across the entire keyboard (52 keys) at Station-6.
>
> Diminished chords (# 1-3), Rhythms (# 4-16) & percussion (# 17-19).
> Percussion keys also include the ending codas similar to MK-II's.
> Leads from # 20-52 . "A" Series tapes have 2 leads across the

> Most bespoke tapes for M300 series are span-limited. Only the
> piano,organ sounds are full-range. Too bad the violins aren't ....
> Please correct me anyone, if I'm in error.
