My favorite example of that was when an MTV reporter interviewed Ringo
Starr. And she asked, "So, like, what did you do before playing the
part of Mr. Conductor on Shining Time Station?".
And without missing a beat (sorry) he replied, "I wuz inna band.
Perhaps y'heard of us."
(I have no idea if that's true or not, but it's such a great story.)
