Truthfully, I think the whole genre label thing is idiotic and meaningless anyway.  I happen to like a few groups somewhat consistently, and just think of them as the groups I like...

I enjoyed the IQ and the Wobbler stuff.  Ahhh, neoprog...
 
Wobbler (despite their ridiculous name) ain't neo-prog. IQ are, though they're good at it. Pendragon are, but they're shite.
