OK Martin, I agree. This list is stagnating.

I have no problem with promotion either. The sad thing is that there are a few people that post a lot and a bunch of people that post a lot less. In the near future I will probably order Collin's CD. Call me lazy. The saddest thing about this list is that I think most members are afraid to overwhelm it.

Just to let some of you other folks know, I have a lot going on "Mellotronicly." I am happy to share with you, my fellow Mellotronists, if you really want to know. I keep my trons hard at work. I just fear that I would become a bore. If anyone on the list wants to know what I'm up to please address the list so I can share it with everyone.

Speaking of what's going on, Martin, I think it would be lovely if you would share recent developments at Streetly with those of us on the list (you know me) who actually might give a shit. I would love to know about how the development of new Mellotrons are coming along. Don't be shy.

Just to share with the list, I will once again be at NEARfest this year with at least two, and probably three or even four Mellotrons for a very young and incredible Swedish band called Wobbler. I encourage all members of the list to go to www.nearfest.com and go to the "Wobbler" site and download their MP3s. This band if very "Mellotron" intensive, and they DO NOT use samples. Please post your opinion to the list.

Thanks,
