Sure do...

Started off with Zero-G 'Creative Essentials' CDROMs (cheap and excellent,
£18 each).
'String Textures'
'Woodwind & Brass'
'Orchestral Colours'.

Now using Siedlaczek's 'Advanced Orchestra' set.

But IMHO you have to work hard and edit ALL of this stuff to get a good
sound --- and at least think like an arranger.
My main gig at the moment is with an amateur musical theatre company and I
have to try to make a 3 to 6 piece combo sound like 30 people. I use a
Yamaha P80 piano, Roland A33/PK5 midi controllers and an Akai Z4 stuffed
with 512MB of RAM. Sometimes it can sound quite convincing!

Best regards
