Item number: 3716089739Freeman String Symphonizer auctioning on EBay and the bids are low.I just got one dead mint as a gratuity for some advice. I find myself biddingon one and will probably win it for far less than it is worth. I don'tneed it.
Forgive me list, this instrument deserves it's props. It was manufacturedby Cordovox has only string sounds is heavier than an SVT, has a springreverb tank on it.
String machines are top octave crap but if you have ever heard "Allthe way with John Wayne's single handed liberation of Paris" by Caravanof Blind Dog at St Dunstans. You'd know this is something different. Solinas, performers step over.
One of these are great in the same kit as a 400. Jeffgets mine if he ....best, gino
Thanks for the heads-up,Gino. In 1975, a new Freeman Symphonizer
sold retail for $700.00 . I priced one locallywhen living in NYC area
then. But not to worry, I wasn't considering selling my M400,then
two years old .Pete Sinfield's "Still" , is a great example of the Freeman'sstrings.
"Everything's everything,Under The Sky" was one of the titles.
I had the pristine LP of that, and GAVE IT AWAY in 1987.....Grrr.Happy Easter weekend, gang ! Cheers, "The Mellotron Man"
