Makes me wonder how old #1019 is? And if indeed ithas Wakeman roots
as Kean thinks it may but cannot verify/confirm. I don't think it
does, because it looks nearly mint with no dinged corners, scrubbed
feet, etc. A lot of M-400s have just passed their 30th birthday. I
did get mine exactly ten years ago. I have an Optigan that turned 30
too.

Greetings All,  This year of 2003 marks "pun intended"
the 40th Anniversarybirthday of Mellotron. In 1963
the Mark-I was introducedand changed the musical
world forever. Thanksto "Les Trois Freres Bradley" !!

I found mfg.labels/datesinside MK-I/124 of Nov-63,
so Julia celebratesher 40th B-day this month.
She looks beautifulfor a lady having just reached
her prime years ofmiddle-age.

Cheers, JK (no tummy-tuckdesired, and NO boob job !)
