Hi Craig and Everybody,

I recall thistopic discussed once before on our List.
I'm no musician, but will contribute my tuppence worth.

Firstly, dependsif want to go digital or analog (spring delay).
Then, how muchdo you wish to spend?
I've seen pricesrange from $45- $3K.

Personally , Ionce used an Ibanez Digital Delay on my M400,
but it didn'ttolerate any overloading. The built-in spring reverb
in my M300 isOK,but doesn't offer a deeper/longer option.

The Accutronicsreverb tanks within my MK-I and JKMK6 provide
an option for much added delays, but that's not good always
either. The instrumentsound you're trying to reproduce
and play/recordshould be reflected in the amount of reverb.

I'd like to hearas well about different types of reverbs and
their applications.For example,Fritz Doddy offered a nice
detailed explanationat Toronto-2001 of recording Mellotrons.
Fritz, can youagain highlight for us your observations?
And Jimmy/Joe,your studio setup in Glen Mills sounded great!
