Message For all who are interested, Guitar Center is blowing out the Mackie DFX series of audio mixers right now. Its the bottom line mixer that Mackie introduced a couple of years ago with the internal effects. I just purchased a twelve channel model for $210, mainly for the reverb effects for my Mellotron (at the same time having a good mixer for my home studio).
It sounds GREAT!!!! Big difference from the dry sound. Now Court of the Crimson King sounds like COTCK! The 6 channel mixer goes for about $180.
