Subject: [Mellotronists] it lives!

Hi Jon

It seems that the rebirth of prog-flavored mainstream pop is finally starting.  If you haven't encountered a band called Evanescence ( www.evanescence.com ) yet, check them out.

Any info from anybody here about the band, the keyboardist, or the POSSIBLE use of Mellotron here and there on the album?

Well, never heard of 'em before, but due to the wonders of filesharing, I should be able to give 'em a listen before long. Thanks for the tip!
