I don't know but I would suspect it is unlikely.
I am not saying that that the Mellotron Archives CD sucks at all, I haven't heard it and I will not condemn or recommend anything I haven't had personal experience of.
It is my experience that a sampled 'tron can be close but there is something 'not quite right' about the sampled version. This also holds true for Fairlights, the Mellotron tapes of the Fairlight are still the closest thing to a real one, odd but true...
