Hi people! This is another off topic question, but that seems to be tolerated, to a point. Was it Jan and Dean who did"dead man's curve"? Tony#510
Yep, that's correct Tony. I omitted to mentionthat with my
prev. post. Kinda prophetic, as Jan?(I forgot)or Dean
had a horrible car wreck, causing him brain-damagefor many
years following.RE: My two cents' worth on musical lyrics. They don't HAVE to
make sense, boys/girls. People enjoythe songs for what they are,
w/o the need for analyzing every word, orbetween each line.In "Close To The Edge" Jon Anderson wrote/sang:
"....The time between the notes relates thecolours to the scene...."
Some might say "HUH?"....Others will say "far-out,man! "
...It is what it is.
Even almost 40 yrs.later, I still don't knowwhat some words were
to singles from The Left Banke and artistnamed Keith.
Here's one for ya's : Rascal's top-hit "Groovin"had a line
...."you and me endlessly." My motherway back then thought
she heard "You and Me LSD", and took-awaymy transistor radio.
.....There 'ya are !Cheers, --JK-- (muttering gibberish whenrestoring Trons. A necessary requirement)
