If one note always seems a bit too loud, (Oboe F# for example), you
could use a sample editor and fix it. For other volume stuff, use a
volume pedal or set-up your pitch or mod wheel as a volume control.

Usually you wouldn't want or need velocity sensitivity with 'tron
voices. I'm not sure about M-tron, but you might be able to set-up
velocity to give you volume control.
