Hi Charles and Gang, Aleady contacted JKB about his enquiry.
Awaiting his response.Checked the EQ response in M300/037 . LH (rhythms)seem to
boost the bass , whilst the RH (leads) accent the treble. By design, probably.
M300 preamps contain germanium transistors, which have been known
to be a bit noisy. Same as those in SFX Console. M400's preamp/lineamps
