license the Emitape formula

Well said Gino. The reason we still use EMI tape is because it has to be one of the world's most stable tape formulations ever. It never sheds, clogs or deteriorates on the shelf. The famous Eddie Klein, ex Abbey Road Studios and keeper of all things Macca has a lifetime's experience of EMI tape. When they compiled the Beatles' Anthology, Eddie was regularly getting the master tapes out of the vaults, all of which are EMI and they played immaculately with little more than one pass through the tape deck and a soft cloth catching any dust. And these tapes are over 40 years old in many cases.
We approached ATR two years ago to consider resurrecting on the EMI formulation. Maybe it's time to suggest it once more.
