Howdy!
I have my DW-6000 now for about 5 years. I unplugged it for about a
year and had it standing on an end. When I recently plugged it in, it
lit up for about a second and now only has the number 1 showing on
the left and won't sound any more. I left it plugged to electricty
for a few days thinking the battery needs to be recharged. It still
hasn't worked.
Does it seem that the battery needs replacement? Is it hard to do?
Is it even worth it? The tape interface never worked on this unit. It
was the first keyboard I aquired. (I can't play but I'd hate to loose
it.) Can you purchase a battery and is there a site with replacement
instuction?
