Subject: DW-8000 output problem.

I have a DW-8000 that has a faulty right (stereo) output. I took the
board apart and noticed that both left and right outputs had broken
solder points. I re-soldered the left. Actually I just heated the
solder that was already there and formed a complete solder joint.
This fixed the left output. I tried the same with the right but it
did not work. What else can I do to repair this output? I currently
have the output socket copletely removed form the circuit board. Is
there any way that I can test the socket to see if it is good? Also
is there a way I can test to see if the signal is getting to the the
output point on the circuit board.

I've went throught all the post here and noticed that the service
manual is impossible to find here. So I won't waste any time asking
about it.

Also I did get a barely audiable signal from the right output only
if I turn the board all the way up and the trim on my sound card all
the way up.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike
