[sdiy] Texas Instruments LPC Speech Chips

This is not the same chip as Speak and Spell, but the SP0256-AL2 phoneme
chip and partner CTS256A-AL2 text-to-speech chip will do a similar vintage
speech synthesis sound.  You can still find these for somewhat expensive
prices on ebay.  There are circuits out there which will allow you to send
serial text (e.g., from a computer) that it will say for you.
