[sdiy] LoopMIDI and Win 11

I proceeded to complete the installation of the MIDI services and tools
package, and two MIDI Loopack ports (A and B) were created by default.
Tested them using MIDI piano app from Windows store and Cubase 12 Pro. It
worked fine.
