    <p>I am happy to report that LoopMIDI works on my Win11 computer. It
      was just basic testing. I tested using MIDI-Ox, VMPK keyboard,
      Cakewalk Sonar, and Notation Player 5. Notation Player failed
      because it refused to open any LoopMIDI ports saying that it was a
      potential infinite loop even though it wasn't configured that way.
      I use it for a lightweight way to preview MIDI files so the
      failure is of no consequence to me.</p>

                      services that rolled out in February broke lots of
                      things. Patches are coming and fixes for most
                      things are out now and will be rolling out for the
                      next several weeks. There is a Discord group for
                      the Microsoft MIDI services you might want to look
                      up. Everything is there.
