[sdiy-interim] CMOS 4001A source?

[John Loffink]

In addition to logic functions, it is being used as a simple oscillator to
drive some logic circuits, so it is driving an RC circuit and has a Megaohm
range feedback resistor for a schmitt trigger like circuit.
