The specs aren't very clear, but I don't think I would try it unless you
don't mind a dead part.
Since it is known to be safe to ground the GND pin, and the logic inputs
will work properly even if they swing +/-15V, I don't think there's
anything to gain by connecting -15V to the GND pin (except one less wire
:-).
