Is there anyway to find out about ownership of the CEM IP?  Masks and
designs and such?  Even tho the processes are long gone, if the raw
information about the chips was released or was able to be purchased or
something then maybe, say, college students with access to cheap fabs might
lay the parts out for new processes and the like.  I'd hate to see that info
disappear.

Its just a thought and I'm sure I'm not the first to have it...
