Yeah, I knew a guy who used a cracked copy of Cubase... he swore that 
if he ever got a major record deal he'd buy a legit copy...
AMAZINGLY ENOUGH, he did & did!
...imagine how he felt when the legit copy never worked reliably :D

I don't think that caused his breakdown.. but it couldn't have helped.
