Hi Diogo,

The best I can do for the TMS3615 is that it is a "Keyer/tone generator". 
The tone generation is most likely to be of the top octave generator/divider 
type if other members of the family are anything to go by.

I've been looking for data on the TMS3*** devices (and the SGS M*** family) 
for a while but, as you have noticed, there isn't much out there. They seem 
to have been designed for use in organs but also found their way into video 
games and some Italian synths (IIRC the DCO version of the Siel Opera 6 uses 
the TMS3631).
