I've done a bit of work with Cypress' mixed-signal PSoCs. Their analog 
stuff is primarily switched capacitor-based. I'm pretty sure the SID 
filter is a continuous time implementation. You can make filters in the 
Cypress technology, but I doubt that they would have that classic SID 
sound. On top of that, the Cypress digital capability isn't up to 
modeling the digital part of the SID. The processor is too slow and the 
digital logic blocks can't be configured to do oscillators.
