[sdiy] Spartan 3E Software Requirements

On their site, on the Webpack page: 

http://www.xilinx.com/ise/logic_design_prod/webpack.htm

in "System Requirements" it says 2000 or XP.

But if it refuses to install, there's a port of the Webpack ISE program that runs under
Linux and I have Fedora Core 3 installed on this very machine...
