[sdiy] CV quantizer - ad7245a source

Hi all,

Looking for a control voltage quantizer I found a schematic using a analog
devices DAC AD7245A. I can't remember to whom this site belongs (someone
from this list, i guess). I'd liked to build this circuit but I can't find a
source for the DAC (analog devices sells only with VAT number, which I don't
have).
So does anybody know a good source for analog devices ICs?
Does anybody know another discrete quantizer circuit?
