Very very common problem with the SH101. The power switch needs 
replacing. They should be carried by Roland Spares departments.

Or you could hard wire the switch permanently on with some wire links. 
There are three poles if I remember rightly. Its only a standby switch 
since the main switch is your powerplug so you don't gain anything with 
that switch.
