To all those shipping products with Perkin-Elmer Vactrols:

P/E will NOT meet OHS compliance requirements by the deadline  - BUT...they
have applied for and have been awarded an exemption.. BUT you will need to
ship a copy of that exemption form with the finished product as you would
have had to ship it's certification of compliance.
