In case anybody needs to study BJT's and didn't already know,
Sendras "MicroElectronics Systems" text used in many EE programs
has a sample chapter you can download.... it just happens to be BJTs ;)
With PSPICE models and somewhere else you can get PSPICE 9.2 Lite
CD that comes with the book.
