[sdiy] CEM3328 seems to only have buffers at the end

No that's a CEM3379 in the ESQ1.  cu.imt.net/~sounddoctorin has all that 
information in the global synth thing.  If you ever want details on 
which chips are in what I try to keep those accurate.  Let me know if 
you see any problems. I just realized I never put what the Mirage had in
