eBay allows that kind of thing, but normally they filter it out of
search results. That guy may get in trouble.

Instead of skipping through searches, you can do what I do-saerch for
multiple things at once. For example, if you search for the words
moog, buchla, and paia every day, instead of typing that in, you
could simply type in (moog, buchla, paia) with all of the commas and
parenthesis into the search. And if you want to filter out breasts
in the future, just search within musical instruments in the
future... and if you get sick of typing in a long string, add it to
your favorite searches and then you can just click on it in my eBay.
My current synth-search is

(doepfer,buchla,cyndustries,vco,lfo,vcf,lpf,slew,filter,CV,adsr,EG,paia,
blacet,MOTM,wiard,modcan,serge,analog solutions,analog systems,moog
modul*)
