The Korg MS2000 implements this idea kinda sorta OK.
The user inter face for this trick is too much like algebra though.
This is a really good idea and something I have longed for for years.
The "keep doing what I just did" button.
It is a simple ADC - RAM - DAC module, but the interface is more
tricky than that.
Needs someone with more digital chops.
You would need to be able to synch multiple loops with a tap, and
they need to stay in synch.
The Synthi AKS keyboard can be used as a CV recorder/looper sort of.
I wish every monosynth had a synchable looper / sequencer.
The Mirage one is pretty close to good, but too many extra features.
A cheap simple synchable general purpose CV recorder/looper module
would be nice for everybody.
This seems like a good project for the venerable Ken Stone or Paul
Perry.
