Buy a Seasonic S12. Unless its gets very warm you probably won't hear it. Price is typically below £50 these days. But... you will need a case fan because you can't rely on the Seasonic PSU pulling air through your machine. Its fan hardly moves - as it only cools itself. Tony www.oakleysound.com
