[sdiy] MOV's in wave wrappers!

How temperature dependant are MOV's?
Are there any serious drawbacks parameters
in MOV's? It seams that the low voltage
devices have quite high capacitance, is
this capacitance voltage dependent? 
Iwas about to use them in waveshapers/wrapper,
as in feedback parts of OP amps!! :-)
