it's not helpful to re-post a question under a different subject. I
can only guess what your question really is, as you didn't give much
information to start with. From the little you've said, my guess is you
are talking about varistors.

The self-capacitance of a varistor is voltage and frequency dependent.
The dependance is rather extreme, which may be what you're after or
maybe not.
