[sdiy] eMail Digest Format

Also, I have found doing this helps me deal with Spam alot easier...(I 
don't have a spam filter :-(   ).  After sorting out the incoming email, 
pretty much all that is left in my inbox is spam, makes deleting it a lot 
faster.
