[sdiy] eMail Digest Format

My position was the same as yours until I realised that digests can be 
made your self by implementing a filter in your mail client and sort 
incomming mail from different mail list into different folders. This way 
  it?s easier to find the mail you're after, make replies and to save 
mails for future reference.
